Remove Old Shower Head: Unscrew the existing shower head from the shower arm.*
Clean and Prep: Clean threads of the shower arm and apply Teflon tape.
Attach New Shower Head: Screw the new shower head onto the shower arm until snug.
Install Hose and Bracket: Attach the hose to the showerhead and mount the bracket.
Test for Leaks: Turn on the water and check for leaks. Tighten as needed.

*If needed we recommend using a cloth to wrap the arm and the new head, then use pliers to tighten the connection.

What does the filter remove?

This filter removes chlorine and other impurities.

What makes water hard or soft?

Hard water contains a high concentration of calcium and magnesium ions or other dissolved metals. All Shower head filters can filter up to 80% of metals however most people do not have hard water issues.

We recommend testing your water to check for the presence of common metals. Purchasing a water softener can remove most of the remaining particles, making our shower head and a water softener a great combination!

How do I remove my new hose plugs?

Unscrew them.

Can this unit run without a filter?

Yes and removing the filter will not harm the shower head. However its' absence may make the pressure a little stronger. Adjust the on/off button to adjust the pressure

How often do you replace filters?

Customers usually replace the filter every 3-6 months.

Make sure your purchase the correct filters here. Purchasing in bulk is better especially if you have two or more shower heads.

Where can I purchase new filters?

You can purchase them here on our site.

How do I use the shower/pet cleaning mode?

Never pull off the shower head top. If the water is on, switch the button to "stop" and gently unscrew the shower head top above the button at the base.

Can I adjust the water pressure?

The showerhead has a pressure adjustment function that allows you to adjust the water pressure to your needs. Simply use the on/stop button to relax the flow or stop use without losing your desired water temperature

Can the shower head swivel of tilt?

This model and most other hand held shower heads can not tilt. This shower head design is already tilted and a standard bracket will allow you to swivel the entire shower head left and right. Our shower head comes with an extra bracket to move the shower position head up or down!

If you try to swivel or tilt the shower head itself...with enough strength you can harm the product.

Is the filter easy to replace?

Yes! Turn off water at faucet handle. Unscrew the base that connects the hose. Dispose of old filter and Slide in a new replacement filter.
