At DUSOMAY, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times:

Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times:

The estimated delivery time depends on various factors, most notably your location. Below are the estimated delivery times based on your country:

🇺🇸 United States: 7-12 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 8-14 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 7-12 business days
🇦🇺 Australia: 10-15 business days

Please note, during peak times or holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Additionally, international orders may face customs delays, which could extend the delivery timeframe.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details:

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect shipping details may lead to delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your shipping address, our customer support team will email you within 3 business days to verify the details. If we do not receive a response within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@dusomay.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but after 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Delayed Delivery:

At DUSOMAY, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, extreme weather conditions, or transportation issues. In such cases, we will work closely with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.

If there are any issues with your order that may cause a delay—such as product availability or address verification—we will notify you promptly. Please note that DUSOMAY is not liable for delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, but we will keep you updated and assist with any issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We understand that lost or stolen packages can be frustrating. Once your package is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control. In the event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@dusomay.com, and we will assist you as much as possible.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. While DUSOMAY is not responsible for such incidents, we will work with the courier to follow up on your claim and provide updates. In some cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.

If the courier cannot recover the package, we advise filing a police report for stolen items.
