Please note that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as your order will likely have entered the processing phase. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We carefully package all of our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Cosmetic damage, such as dented boxes or torn packaging, does not qualify as a damaged product if the item inside remains in good condition.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at support@dusomay.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess whether you are eligible for a replacement at no extra cost. Please note, we do not refund or replace items damaged due to normal wear and tear or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For issues related to shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages, please contact the courier directly for assistance. DUSOMAY is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. If you realize there is an error, please notify us within 24 hours. After this timeframe, we cannot offer resends or refunds for incorrectly addressed packages.
